We were also really pleased to find that you had planted a tree in our names, what a lovely touch!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Costa Rica and can't thank you enough for all your help.

I believe you wanted some feedback and I hope that this satisfies your request, if you would like it in a different format then please let us know. Feel free to copy and paste onto your website.

Firstly about Wikol itself - we have had a fantastic experience of booking through Wikol. We were given a range of options of different prices and were able to tailor our perfect honeymoon to our needs. It really took the stress out of booking a honeymoon in a country we knew little about. Every last detail was thought of, it was a blessing to have all of our transfers arranged. All the people who drove us were friendly, knowledgeable and enhanced our Costa Rica experience. We were also really pleased to find that you had planted a tree in our names, what a lovely touch! We felt that if there had been any problems (which there weren't because everything had been thought of), we could contact the company at any time. We have recommended your company to our friends and family.

El Silencio - We loved the rustic feel combined with 5* treatment. We enjoyed walking around the grounds almost as much as we enjoyed the gastronomic meals. The food would not have been out of place at a top London restaurant. However it was the personal touch that made us fall in love with El Silencio. We loved that all our meals were explained to us and the food was all local produce, we loved that most of the employees lived locally and had a real passion about the area. We had an amazing (but exhausting) time on our rappelling and zip-lining adventure - we will never forget the amazing views. The cultural experience really enhanced our understanding of the Costa Rican culture and was perfect in the setting of El Silencio.

Coffee Experience - We had a fantastic morning at the coffee plantation. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable.

Rio Perdido - We were initially surprised at how remote this resort was, however it became obvious once we were there why it was such a must see. The views from the main building over the treetops are amazing. We had a fantastic experience zip-lining, it was completely different to our previous experience. We enjoyed spending time at the 3 pools of different temperatures and found the bar staff very friendly. Unfortunately we found that the pools had a lot of debris from the trees in, and whilst we know that this can't be helped, perhaps having a more regular clean would have made the area feel more relaxing. We also found at this location that our room was not ready when we arrived and unfortunately the car was broken so we had to wait a few hours for our bags to be bought to our cabin, however the staff dealt with this all very well.

Punta Islita - This resort was like paradise. Sadly our room wasn't ready when we arrived, however this just gave us time to see the amazing surroundings. We had a gorgeous suite and could easily have not left our room, with its own decking and plunge pool. We loved spending time on the beach with ample seating and covered areas. The bar staff at the pool were fantastic and we had a great time at our cocktail making lesson with them. We also had a horse riding lesson which allowed us to see the local area as well as get some fantastic views. The food was delicious (although not as good as at El Silencio). We found the waiters very helpful and loved having fresh juices with our meals. Of all the places we visited, this is the place we would desperately love to come back to.

Intercontinental (San Jose) - After staying is some amazing resorts we found staying in a big hotel very unsatisfying. Again our hotel room was not ready when we arrived, however we were compensated with a free drink from the bar. The room (in particular the bathroom) needed a bit of renovation, however there were no actual problems at the hotel. We had a great meal at the factory in the evening and over indulged in a brilliant breakfast the following morning.

We loved Costa Rica and hope to be able to return (maybe on our wedding anniversary in a few years time?!?)

Thank you so much for all your help, Ben and Chloe Brown, London, England
